Mr. Arciaga is a Project Controls Manager supporting Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) in managing multiple infrastructure upgrades at LAX, VNY, and ONT airports worth over $700 million as part of its multi-billion Capital Improvement Program (CIP). His responsibilities include organizing and leading a the team performing scheduling, cost estimating, change management, contract administration, document control, and database administration functions. He provides project control advice, assistance, and recommendation to Program, Project, and Construction Managers in developing process work flows and reports including budgets, expenditures, EAC, variances, schedules, progress, and contingencies on multiple projects. He interfaces and coordinates with stakeholders and other elements of the program within a large matrix organization.
