Planning Manager for the Main Contractor responsible for planning and implementing the signalling, electrification, communications, trunk radio and fare collection systems required by the double tracking of the North and South KTMB existing main lines – a total of approx. 670 route km.
This position has key responsibilities in respect of Planning Management, Project Controls, Configuration Management, System Integration and Interfacing with all other elements of the biggest railway project ever undertaken by the Malaysian Government.
Management of programme development and project controls for design, procurement, installation and commissioning works, in conjunction with inter-discipline co-ordination and development of progress & cyclic exception reporting applications. Being responsible for client liaison, project controls and overall project management while fostering a high level of inter contract co-ordination and overall planning and interfacing.
