How to add Budgeted Units directly using Global change

Hi

I want to add for all concreting activities same Budget units for eg 240.......using global change.....as we used to do in P3.1

So in if statement i selected activity name..Concreting.....

But when we come to then statement..in P6.1 , we have to add two parameters, how to use these parameters to add my budgeted units = 240 for all concreting activities.....

can anyone guide me..
