Integration of the program

Dear all,

I have issue with integration
I mean , Say there 6 to 10 WBS levels are created for each of the funtiona/contractors , if iam getting the updates from them how do i just take all the programs together and assemble in on one my program WBS and get the same data’s what i receive from them.
