Hi All,

Good day! Our Client asked us to prepare and submit a Recovery Plan.

After we submitted the said Recovery Plan on 16 June 2009, the Client/Engineer review and commented last 02 July 2009.

Now the Client/Engineer, insisting/forcing us to submit the Recovery Plan on or before 28 July 2009 incorporating all their comments.

My question is, how many days required for Recovery Plan from the time we received their comments? As this is not mention in our Contract Document.
