• During May:
1- available units (Resource limit per month) = 42hrs per day X 30d = 1260hrs
2- actual units = 500hrs
3- remaining units = 600
4- Required/downtime units = 1 - (2 + 3) = 1260 - (500 + 600) = -160hrs
• During June:
1- available units (Resource limit per month) = 42hrs per day X 30d = 1260hrs
2- actual units = 0hrs
3- remaining units = 1000hrs
4- Required/downtime units = 1 - (2 + 3) = 1260 - 1000 = 260hrs
• During July:
1- available units (Resource limit per month) = 42hrs per day X 30d = 1260hrs
2- actual units = 0hrs
3- remaining units = 0hrs
4- Required/downtime units = 1 - (2 + 3) = 1260 - 0 = 1260hrs
Regarding that I tried to spreadsheet fields customized options but I think I chose a wrong options so If any one have any idea via resource usage spreadsheet or any other report/way please feed me back with steps.
