Timesheet Actuals

I am trialing the Primavera timesheets and when we have processed them we apply the actuals to the plan but if we then schedule the system removes the actuals.
I need to keep the actuals from the timesheets and the ability to schedule.
Any ideas anyone on how to solve this?
