Hello Again P3 Experts,
Usually the P3 default during running the schedule is by retained logic, I just wanna know when should we use progress override, can someone give me a good/clear example for a vertical construction which almost activities are dependent to one another and for a horizontal construction where activities usually not dependent to each other. Is Progress Override calculation allowed by consultants which they say it will ruin the critical or near critical path of the schedule
Thanks.....
