Dear Sirs ,
In a schedule i want to have the free float = 0 , how can i acheive this , let me explain a bit in my schedule i have separated the Procurement of Items in a separte WBS level now i want these items to just stick to the succeding activity for which this items are required , please advice how this can be achieved as now we are preparing a Schedule to complete,and so i expect that the procurement schedule will be overcrowded for the next 2-3 months i want to avoid this .
