Unit Price Calculations for Pipeline Projects

Can someone help me with sample calculation sheets for costs of the different stages of an on-land pipeline project. I understand that prices for individual items will be different in different parts of the world so I am not so much interested in the actual prices as in the different elements that constitute the price calculation sheets. Specifically what type and quantity of equipment, manpower and material are needed for a typical unit of work in each stage of such a project.
