Can I get some guidance on factors to be considered while scheduling Subsea Pipeline Construction (> 150 kms), Debottlenecking of (at least 25 Towers/Platforms) & other associated facilities. All lines are existing out of which 150 kms are to be replaced over a period of say 10 years)
