How to incorporate operational interruptions into construction scheduling ( MSP and P3) ?
Operational interruptions means those prescheduled or probabilistic events such as holidays or breaks as set in resource/activity calendars, equipment breakdowns (updating progressed schedule) or any environmental delays etc.
