Joined Arup as Project Controls Manager on Arup Major Projects (AMP). AMP is a business sector in Arup responsible for management of major projects; their scope of services cover Strategic Management, Programme Management and Project Management. I was assigned by AMP to lead the project controls for a number of projects on Al Raha Beach Development, where Arup stood as the Lead Engineer for the iconic Abu Dhabi World Trade Centre, the twister tower of Asymptote, Aldar Headquarters building, and a mixed use development designed by 5+Design. My role covers the following:
Arup Trainee Planner
Gautrain: Updating reports and programme for milestone of the month (professional certifies)
Eskom: Complying monthly progress reports, updating programme using Primavera 6 (Maintaining Baseline programme, analysis the programme), updating dashboard reports (cash flows, expenditures).
Polokwane; complying monthly progress reports, updating programme using Primavera 6 ( Maintaining Baseline programme, analysis the programme), creating and updating dashboards reports (cash flows, expenditure).
