Responsible for the preparation, monitoring and updating of project programmes from inception through design and implementation for up to 25no projects at a time, reporting to up to 11no project managers. Types of projects included:
•     Congestion relief projects
•     Station modernisations
•     Platform reconstructions

Current Role

Systems Interface Manager and Senior Systems Project Engineer and Systems Engineer
Assure and ensure LU as stakeholder in Crossrail, that the Systems (Comms and M&E) for the Crossrail programme will integrate and interface to the existing LU station complexes.
Develop with Crossrail the project requirements, systems strategies, Operational concepts, command and control strategies, functional requirements and Infrastructure Manager boundaries with Rail for London, Network Rail and LU.
Provide Systems engineering to the LU-Crossrail team, for the £16Bn Crossrail portfolio.

REMOVAL OF SPEED RESTRICTIONS IN TUNNELS & STATIONS REVAMP

Planned over 30 sub-projects of ‘Make or Buy’ corporate initiative and responsible for planning elements of LUL’s Connect PFI Project
Production of reports to various levels of management.
Coordination of meetings for approval of reports
