I've been in Oil and Gas Industry more than 8 years. My first 3 years experience I was involved with fabrication works. It was 12000MT project Central Processing Platform. Furthermore I was moved to SBM Offshore purposely to strenthening my knowledge in deep water project. Covering up EPCIC work scope and performing the ASENG FPSO project (VLCC) frankly It was big challenge I ever had!!!

Current Role - Planning Manager for Skanska Infrastructure Services

Managing all aspects of the planning function for Skanska Infrastructure Services  in the UK.

Projects include urban realm & small civils project; rail & London Underground term maintenance; Highways Maintenance term contracts; and street lighting PFI contracts.

Including management of staff; staff training; tender programming; claims analysis; management of live projects; record keeping and project controls.

Over 23 years experience, including 14 years in Hong Kong and PRC, in the preparation, updating and maintenance of contract and project programmes, and progress monitoring of various civil engineering and building projects.

Tender planning, contract planning, detailed planning, and programme delay analysis for construction claims and disputes involving Mass Transit Railway Corporation, Airport Authority, Housing Authority and other government and private development projects in Hong Kong.
