Hi Laith

With glass facade do you mean Windows built into the ecternal wall or a free standing glass facde fixed to the structure.

With windows you can use timber sub frames to form the openings and plaster up to sub frame with a stop bead.

The windows than have to be fixed from the outside.

If it is a fre standing facade then it is the structure that determines the start date because the building has to be checked for line and level before the secondary support frame si fixed with the correct shims. Normally there is no interface with a plaster finish.

You can start internal blockwork and plastering works. But only the blockwork terminations work to the Glass facade works will be pending. You can update the activity too 99% or something like that, Until the Facade is closed then you can complete your blockwork termination.

if all you are worried about is getting dirty then protect the glass with plastic or some other material.

Some considerations depends on your climate where you are performing the  plastering work the ambient temperature must be higher than 40 degrees. Usually you want the building enclosed and weatehr tight before you begin finish work such as plastering.
