The first field (big field) titled :"Cover Letter" is for you to introduce yourself; this is what most companies / recruiters look at to decie if they think it is worth downloading your CV.
Th second field below this Cover Letter field is title "Upload CV For Employer" - use this to select your CV file in MS word or PDF from your computer then press "Upload".
When you apply for a job you can select this "Resume" and it will be sent to the employer or recruiter. They will read your "Cover Letter" and decide if they want to download the attached CV which you uploaded via the second field.
