This role with LOR commenced in the Tender Office at Dartford. During this time I working onthe following bids:
1) Kingsnorth Coal Fired Power Station (Enabling & Main Civils) £100M+
2) Hinkley Nuclear Power Station (Enabling & Mainworks) £200m+
3) Kings Cross Western Range (Kings X Station) £75m+
4) Crossrail Packages (Enabling & Main Works) £100m+
5) Bond Street Station Upgrade £100m+
6) Blackpool Tram System & Depot £40m
After 2 years in the office I was give the chance to go on to a live project @ Farringdon C430 Piling & Enabling contract for CRL. This roles included:
1) Main Planner Responsibility
2) Periodic Progress Reporting
3) Change Management: PMI's, NCE's and CE Planning & Co-ordination
4) Sequence & Method Panning & Re-planning
5) Cost & Resource Loaded Programme Management
