- Planning, scheduling and monitoring the Project
- Estimating manpower requirements, its histogram & S-curves
- Calculating and Analysing Earned Value, Planed Valueand Actual Cost for each project and activity
- Analysing cost and schedule variances and estimating time, cost and resource quantity for remaining activities.
- Preparation Monthly Progress Reports & other Reports
- Provide weekly and Monthly Targets to Discipline Engineers
- Coordinating with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of material on site
- Plan out the daily job on supervisor level as per the work front availability
