Galliford Try (Infrastructure Division) Planner

During the past three years I have been involved with both the pre-construction and construction phases of planning mainly on the rail side of the business. Responsibilities: include:-
•     The development of a compliant tender programmes in line with Clients operational constraints.
•     Ensuring that all operational constraints are met.
•     The identification of the project critical path and free float.
•     The production of resource schedules for direct manpower and supervision.
•     Production of cash flow and resource graphs.
•     Production of tender method statements / work package plans detailing method of work, possession/isolation constraints, contingency measures, interfaces between other parties/members of the public.
•     Production of Tender Outline Health and Safety Plans, Welfare Forms.

•     Network Rail Overbridges and Underbridges - Between £½m and £4m.
•     Kings Cross Station Platform Y - £15m
•     Water Orton Re-Signalling - £23m
•     Morton Grange Embankment Works – £1m
•     Dalmuir Station DDA Access - £2m
•     Monley and Abney Footbridges - £1m
•     Asbestos Remediation Works (LNW Territory) - £1m
•     Laurencekirk Station - £3m
•     James Street Station – £1m
•     Arriva Trains Wales Passenger Waiting Shelters Project - £750k
•     A1 Allerdene Bridge – Highways Authority – £750k
