• Handled Engineering , Oil& Gas, Construction, Recruitments.
• Receiving requirements from Domestic & international clients.
• Receiving/ preparing Job descriptions for different positions.
• Independently responsible for sourcing/recruiting candidates and creating a candidate pool of qualified resumes.
• Responsible for sourcing candidates through developing a strategy, looking at competitors, Networking (References) ,Cold Calling, Head hunting,Job portals, Job postings, Databases .
• While Calling emphasize on companies image strengths and benefit to attract topnotch candidates
• Preliminary screening of CV’s, Calling up short listed candidates for ascertaining their communication skills & technical knowledge (Job specific skills)
• Organizing Walk INN as per clients requirements.
• Arranging interview at Business center’s , Trade test centers& conducting Trade tests(if required) for international clients.
• Negotiating Compensation for candidates selected by the client and closing the Position.
• Conducting Initial Reference check.
• Advising candidates for different medical Reports , vaccinations required & coordinating for the same with Medical Labs.
• Liaison with External agencies for Advertising , Ticket Booking , HRD & MEA Certificate Attestation , VISA STAMPING .
• Good understanding of the full life cycle of recruitment process and ability to train people.
