Assistant Planner working as part of a two man team on the £400million Manchester joint Hospitals Project, constructing 3 hospitals and numerous ancillary buildings, within an existing Hospital site.
Achievements:
• Successfully produced and managed multiple programmes from technical specifications & drawings, design briefs and scope books
• Ensured accurate progress recorded to produce effective forecasting tools and accurate "as-built" information
• Effectively liaised with Construction Managers to produce weekly detailed working programmes in support of overall contract programme
• Extensive use of Planning tools and software to produce outputs
• Reported to Senior Management team to allow high levels of visibility of risk and issues to the project completion.
• Produced effective forecasting tools, to manage key activities such as Validation, Walls/Ceiling sign-off and fit-out status.
Also produced reports which recorded and monitored multiple float paths and their impact on the job and delay day analysis of lost working time during certain construction activities.
