The Mandena Joint Venture is a Hatch Fluor Partnership formed for the EPCM of a Dredge Mine and associated separation and recovery plants along with extensive infrastructure, for QMM who are a division of Rio Tinto. This project is located at Fort Dauphin in Madagascar with engineering and procurement being performed from Johannesburg, South Africa.. The infrastructure for this project consists of Housing, Industrial Buildings, Roads, Fuel Storage Facilities, Water and Sewage Treatment Plants, Power Generation and Distribution, also the Up-grade of an Existing Harbour and construction of a New Deep Water Port.
