Work Description:
-       Establishing and monitoring programmes and reporting systems.

-       Critical path and float analysis

-       Risk assessment using PertMaster

-       Preparing progress reports including resources, histograms, S-curves, and Earned Value

-       Liaising with vendors, sub-contractors and other stakeholders

o     Create, monitor and maintain Project Plans/Schedules using standard project management tools and procedure
o     Support BD&E group in the development of Project Tender Submissions
