I was Chief Cost Engineer in the construction of a Plaza, Museum and Offices in Caracas, Venezuela. This construction site covered 4 acres and included 4 underground levels and 6 floors of building. I was involved in the full range of civil construction, including structure build, pouring of 60,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete, masonry work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and asphalt installations.

Planning and Project Control Engineer for Instrumentation Construction Works Project, on an oil & gas plant for Sincor, subcontracted for Contrina(s) group (Technip – DIT Harris – Kellog Brown & Root - Inelectra). This instrumentation project, executed under PDVSA – TOTAL - SINCOR standards, included 14,000 instruments calibrated, 8,000 instruments installed and loop tested, 550 PSV tested, 14 km of cable tray installed, 6 km of fiber optic cable pulled, 82 multi-cables junction boxes installed, and more than 300 km of instruments cable pulled.
