ChNPP SIP PMU Project Controls Engineer

Development of project schedules to track the progress, and provide input to the integrated Project Master Schedule.
Progress monitoring and control functions.
Reviewing schedule data, identify and acquire information needed to complete work logics and establish interfaces between assigned contracts and other SIP projects.
Determine critical path activities for assigned contracts, and identify and report activities with a critical or potential impact on schedule.

IMTC-MEI Programme Manager

Lead 10 person staff in project cost management, document control, translation, contract, estimate preparation, scheduling, accounting, and administration for international offices. Train project personnel on corporate policies/procedures and project controls systems in a high stress multinational environment. Prepare FY 2010 budgets for three international offices. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors during the estimating, contract negotiating, and project execution phases. Assist with ISO 9001 certification and Earned Value Systems.

4. Technical support of SPS.
