Started as a Senior planner, promoted to Planning Head then to a Project Manager, my roles including day-to-dat activities in managing runnung projects. This includes but not limited to:
- Providing Turn key EPC project management services starting with management project conecptual feasibility studies, design, tendering, construction, closure, and operations.
- Managing Tendering phase including preparation of tender documents, evaluation crieteria, evaluation technically and financially, preparing contracts, BOQs, ....

Development of Quantitative Risk Analysis methodology, software and training, particularly Integrated Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis (IRA). Performance of Schedule Risk Analyses (SRAs), Cost Risk Analyses (CRAs) and IRAs for clients.
