 Project planner and scheduler:

1) Preparation of schedules for all construction works and monitoring.

2) Preparation of various MIS reports.

3) Progress monitoring, tracking and updating.

4)Coordination of meeting &  Preparation of MOMs.

5) Coordination with various department.

6) Estimation and costing.

7) Earned value analysis.

Evaluate schedule submitted by Contractor. Progress monitoring, Claims and EOT evaluation. Skills in Primavera 3.1 and Primavera 6 and Primavera Contract Manager

Current Role: CM consultant for construction projects and organizations toand introduce Contract Administration, QS, Planning and tracking.
