Establish project control procedures, develop progress measurement procedures for Contractor’s progress certification, Weekly & Monthly executive reports, Change Control procedures, Schedule Risk analysis.
 

Project Control Manger:

Planning, scheduling of the large residential project.

Monitoring and controlling of the scope, time and cost with adherance to quality and HSE.

Initiate method changes, sequence changes and required other interventions to keep project on track and within budget.

Manage porgress meetings and engineering meetings

Reporting and communication management

Delay analysis and claim management.
