i worked the last year in abu dhabi in aproject of construction 106 vills..and it was precast system with hollow core slab,,each vill consists of ground & first floor and sure the stair roof,,and there was a (majles) building seperated..total area around 500 sqm
for erection of beams of each floor u need with agroup of 6to 7 erectors around 2 days as maximum and acrane just for erection and dont forget the time required for handling the material from the storage yard to the erection place..and after that u need one day for shuttering and reinforcemnt of joints..agroup of 2 steel fixers and 3 carpenters...after that u need to start installation of the hollow core slab and stair of the first floor ..u need around one day to install these precast panels with agroup of 3 to 5 erectors and acrane..
after that u will need One Day to install the wire mesh above the slab and close the small gaps at edges ..u need for that one day and dont forget the electrical conduits prior pouring the top slab over the precast panels..
after that u will start shuttering and rebars for 1st floor coloumns --its easy to estimate(depends on the site conditions)..u can say one day with a( 7carp +3 steel fixers) some times it will take (2 days) for corble alignment..then u will repeat the same duration as in the ground floor...finally the stair parapet needs one day installation and one day for joints and one day for hollow core slab installation and u can install wire mesh and extra reinforcement at the same day and poure.
this is without the majles...the majlies same of one floor duration but u can increase it by 30 % due to the hight of the beams and long spans of hollow core panels.
about the cycle life of such projects(Say 106 villas) it can be done totally with 18 months if the average cost of villa with (500000 to 750000) uae dirhams..and also -as u know- it depends to the type of finishing and external work.
