Youll open the view "Reports" --> right mouse-button --> "ADD" will open the Wizzard, "Next" --> Select time distributed data --> select "Activity Resource & Role Assignments" --> Next --> Under Columns you select the data items under Group&Sort you select resources and "show summaries only" Pay attention for yellow colour on white paper! --> next......run ...save
