can anyone help me to undestand the rail way project by sending me WBs or project schedule?

I am a planner in oil and gas but want to move to rail industry thus I need to understand the difference between these two industries? any thought?

Try also to use masterformat by CSI that i send you. This may help you in your prelimenary schedule. If you dont mind send me also your schedule to me when you finally submit it so i may give suggestion and i will also have an idea of railway contraction.
