Project Planning & Management using PRIMAVERA Project Planner (P6.7) & MS Project 2007.
a) Preparation& Tracking of the project master schedule.
b) Identification, monitoring& streamlining of critical paths running through the Project Master Schedule and individual contracts(17 Major Packages).
c) Responsible for total integration of 17 different Package schedule activities to make integrated master L2 schedule.
d) Preparation of Daily Progress reports of Construction activities.
e) Weekly/Monthly MIS/reports generation including ‘S’-curves for Management review.
f) Preparing look ahead program for week and month.
g) Perform detail follow-up on the progress based on the earned value.
h) Co-ordinate with entire team to identify the risk and resolve the issue.
i) Aligning Project work scope with company structured WBS (Work Breakdown Structure).
Coordinating with subcontractors.
