· Creating WBS of the Project on regular basis as per changes in the design and other additional activities.
· Calculation of manpower and resource for the Project and Allocation of resources specific for the project
· Preparing Cash flow Statement for the project using Primavera.
· Gather all data and information required for effective planning/scheduling, monitoring and controlling the execution of activities of the project using Primavera (P6), MS Office, etc
· Calculating the efficiency of the manpower and the utilization factor of all deployed equipment based on the actual progress and actual manpower/equipment loadings.
· Project Tracking through schedules on daily and weekly basis.
· Tracking of WIP on regular basis, preparing bar graphs for the same.
· Budgeting, costing and managing fund flow requirement for the project.
· Preparation of Status reports, Monthly review (MRM) & (PEP), MIS of projects and overall reviewing with Senior Management for progress, material requirements at site.
· Monitoring and reporting all important project events such as delays, variations in BOQ, extension of time .
· Preparation of Variation Statement and all other activities pertaining with the Planning process involved in a project.
