Current Role Position: Planner/Scheduler – Control and Technical Section
§ Update construction master schedule in Primavera Project Planner (P3) based on subcontractor’s weekly progress submittal.
§ Monitor and update manpower allocation and mobilization plan as per JGC standards.
§ Monitor and Evaluate subcontractor’s progress based on man-hours, budget quantity and work productivity as per JGC’s standards.
§ Monitor and highlight construction schedule milestones in the construction master schedule and evaluate based on the planned and forecasted schedules.
§ Produce weekly and monthly progress report for the Construction Manager.
§ Create and establish crane lifting study Monitor and control construction master schedule as per Functional Work Breakdown Structure (FWBS) based on material shipment, man-hours, budget quantity (BQ) and work productivity.
§ plan using 4D CAD schedule simulation tools.
§ Establish the 3D model of construction equipments, facilities and other structures used for schedule simulation of the project using Microstation.
