Commenting on sub-contractor’s L3-4 schedules and verifying their progress on day to day basis.

Working closely with Field Sub-Contract Administrators to ensure the work of subcontractors is properly planned & accurate progress quantities are established and verified for accurate progress billing along with preparation of check estimates for subcontractor scope changes or claims.
Co-ordination closely with Discipline heads and Head Quarters to arrive at prompt decisions and minimizing delays /solving problems.
Participate in Weekly and Monthly Progress meetings with client Project Manager/ Engineers.
