Planned, designed, ordered materials and supervised the erection of sub-contractors site establishment under a section of the hospital that had already been constructed. Co-ordinated material handling from time of arrival on site to laydown areas. Co-ordinated and expedited the drilling of penetrations through the Softspots for services installation. In conjunction with the members of MDC (M&E subcontractors consortium), planned, co-ordinated and monitored the installation of all works. All planning co-ordinated with the Building Construction Section and the Trades and Finishes Department. Compiled supporting evidence for an increase in scope and disruption to works claim. Was awarded additional performance bonuses in lieu of the exceptional progress of the M&E installations.

Measured construction progress and submitted monthly claims. In conjunction with Contracts Manager and Construction Supervisor, drew up and submitted monthly budget forecasts to Head Office. Conducted final measurement of all construction installation. Compiled and submitted final claims. Together with Contracts Manager drew up additional claims for an extended P&G's and additions to initial scope of works. Phase 2 made a 14.5% profit.
