Performed project monitoring and progress reporting to the Project Manager
Senior Planning / Project Control Engineer
Project Master Schedule preparation, adjusting and revising all Project phases. (i.e. Design, Procurement, Construction, and Handing over)
Colin is an experienced planning specialist with a broad range of experience across a variety of sectors, and provides both strategic and detailed planning services within project and Programme Management environments. Combined with a background in contracting, Colin’s many years with Sweett Group provides him with the understanding of the key drivers for all the principal members of the development team.
