Accountable for developing a construction plan for the Coal Process Plant as per project build methodology and reporting on cost and schedule variations on the execution of the construction and commissioning of the plant.

Accountable for the development, assessment and management of the planning function for all phases of the project including environmental assessment, detailed design, construction and commissioning phases.

¨ Assess impacts of change on rail possessions, resources and operational dates on the project’s master schedule.
Led a team of six planners and three schedulers to ensure all activities relating to FFG installation were planned, scheduled, monitored and controlled in a cost and schedule effective manner. Ensure measurement of progress through appropriate systems and processes and actively address situations of significant deviations from plan in coordination with Project Manager. Maintain cost and schedule visibility to all levels of management.
