Managing Project Operations with a view to achieve timely accomplishment of targets within the Scope, Time & Cost parameters.
Assisting the Project Managers / Employers representative to Co-ordinate the Progress meetings, Co-ordination meetings with the Project Stakeholders & Preparation of Reports (Periodic reports, Planning Formats, Project Status and Progress)
Ensure clear understanding and adherence with planning procedures, standards and objectives & preparing the Project Control Procedures (PCP).
