• Create Baseline and Construction Programs.
• Review the targets with site staff
• Check and review the work programs submitted by contractor
• Influencing outcomes through the effective communication of project controls issues both internally and externally.
• Assist in close out  / handing over works.
• Understanding of construction contracts which may have led to the identification of opportunities to bring projects back on line.
• Create thetime/schedule control measures for the project.
