Prepared Contract Programme for incoming projects as per tender documents. Assisted Planning Supervisor  in the monitoring and updating of on-going site progress, resource utilization, and cash flow. Review and evaluates monthly and weekly progress reports of on-going projects submitted by the Site Planner. Monitors and updates all the subcontractor’s construction programme, resource histogram, shop drawing submission and material procurement schedule as submitted by Resident/ Site Planner.
