Is there a method to populate these tables:

  1. ACTIVITYSPREAD [1]
  2. EPSSPREAD [2]
  3. PROJECTSPREAD [3]
  4. RESOURCEASSIGNMENTSPREAD [4]
  5. RSRCROLEASGNMENTSPREAD [5]
  6. WBSSPREAD [6]

without the help of the SDK or the API?
