April, 2020 - Prepare construction program of works related to Civil /Structural/ID /MEP / Firefighting & Fire alarm/ELV discipline wise detailed man-hours , cash flow, dashboards, s-curves using Primavera P6 & MS Project and ensure that the Project Plan reflects the project scope and is fully resourced and cost loaded in reference to the BOQ and Engineering drawings issued for site construction.
- Prepare Revised Program for the remaining works and recovery program.
- Check and Update program of works as required for the project through close out, integrating contractor and program of works in to the master controlschedule.
- Reviewing the program of works of the subcontractors as a MainContractor.
- Coordinating with suppliers regarding the procurement and delivery of materials intime.
- Monitor program of works performance and advise the Project Manager of the risks & issues.
- Prepare excel formats for day to day planningrequirements.
- Assisting project manager in preparing budget for the completion of project as per site conditions.
- Prepare Extension of Time andClaims.
- Prepare weekly PPT presentations for Client / Consultantmeetingsand participate in meetings to discuss issues related to constraints affecting the project with theclient.
- Conducting daily meeting with the Engineers and Supervisors to let know the day to day statistics for thework.
- Prepare daily / weekly / monthly progress reports and ensure to manage and document all the necessary records properly and on timelymanner.
