• Supervising the work and ensuring the work is properly done with correspondence to the projects and contracts, finished on time and within quality limits.
• Planning works on site, preparing weekly schedules with subcontractors, planning material, equipment and workforce needs.
• Reporting works done on site on daily basis. Preparing status reports on weekly basis.
• Coordinating the subcontractors and workforce
• Preparing the bill of quantities of works done and progress payments reports.
• Coordinating with purchasing operations.
