- Updating, monitoring and controlling project programs; preparing various status reports that highlights project current progress compared to baseline planned progress, major slippage, budget overrun.
- Identified and communicated the Critical and near critical paths for the project.
- Worked closely with Project Manager and other team members throughout the design process in order to prepare and maintain master resource schedules, provided assistance and guidance where required.
- Built and maintained global data structure EPS, Custom codes like (Project, WBS, Activity codes etc.)
- Conduct weekly update meetings with Project Manager and/or with the relevant plot Project Managers
