August, 2018 Supporting client in closeout and completion of their works at the Perth Children’s hospital. The project has been plagued with multiple delays and variations, and my client has to follow formal adjudication process to be paid.
- My role is to formally defend my clients multiple Key completion milestones against penalties by defending their main critical paths.
- To check weekly schedules, monitor progress, delays, access, disruptions, variations.
- To build detailed monthly EOT adjudication document defending client against current delays. Have done multiple successful adjudications in the past.
- To ensure contemporaneous records are available to support my client should the dispute escalate to a full arbitration.
