- Investigate delay impacts caused by site instructions and scope changes by the client during the commissioning phase of the project.
- Determine the schedule impacts of each delay.
- Demonstrate Tubular’s entitlement in terms of time and time related costs arising from each delay instance that occurred during the commissioning phase of the project that caused Tubular to be late with the final handover of the pant.
Reason for leaving: The EOT report was completed and Tubular did not have any more work for me.
