Abstract:The purpose of the establishment of large-scale project schedule is to make more accurate and reasonable forecasting based on the existing actual performance. If there is no unified standard of progress complete %, it is only based on the subjective judgment of progress engineer, or simply calculate the completion status of the whole project based on the construction duration %, then it cannot reflect the actual completion and performance scientifically and objectively, and it loses the original purpose of the establishment of schedule. Baseline, WBS and weight, inspection objects and standards, workload and so on are the core of the progress measurement system.
大型工程项目如何建立进展检测体系
摘要 大型项目进度计划建立的目的是为了基于已有的实际绩效进行更加准确、合理的预测。如果没有统一的进展完成%的标准，只是基于进度工程师的主观判断，或者是简单基于工期%来计算整个项目的完成状况的话，则并不能科学地、客观地反映实际完成及绩效，也就失去了进度计划建立的原始目的。基准计划、WBS及作业权重、检查对象及标准、工作量等是进展检测体系的核心 。
