- Property development management for Nova Pioneer, a rapidly growing education company developing and operating world class, affordable secondary, primary, secondary, and pre-primary schools across the African continent. Nova Pioneer is currently operational in both Kenya and South Africa, and will have eight schools by 2018. Two of the schools are under construction in Kenya.
- Project planning and resourcing in Primavera P6 including Construction Claims preparation for China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), which is among the world's largest construction firms and has delivered a string of major projects including the African Union headquarters in Ethiopia and the Beijing National Aquatics Centre.
They are currently building the Pinnacle Tower will be built at a cost of Sh20 billion and will have 70 floors. It will be home to a new 45-storey Hilton will house a 255-room Hilton Hotel, the luxury chain's third in Kenya and 50th in Africa. The towers will also include elite residences, business and leisure facilities, and a helipad on the roof of the taller tower.

- Project Planning and Programme in Ms Project & Extension of Time Claim Preparation for M/s Jiangxi Water & Hydropower, contracted by Ministry of Land, Housing and Urban Development (MoLH&UD) for Nairobi Metropolitan Services Improvement Project on 11th May 2016 for Construction of Stormwater Drainage Systems in Nairobi Metropolitan Region (Nairobi CBD, Langata, Dagoretti, Embakasi, Thika CBD, Ongata Rongai, Athi River town) to be completed within a period of One year and six months (18 months).
